"Animalmitié"
"Animalmitié" is part of a set of twenty works (10 visual works and 10 musical works), several of which are still in the process of being created. Each explores a form of instinctive, animal friendship, this inexplicable connection that can sometimes arise between beings.
The project is structured around the five senses, those languages that allow us to perceive others and to transmit emotions beyond words.
The adhesive tape then becomes the guiding thread of this relationship. By connecting, layering, and constructing, it gives tangible form to what ordinarily remains invisible: an instinctive, sometimes fragile, sometimes powerful bond that is established between two beings.

& MY ARTISTIC
Self-taught since June 2009, I never stop experimenting and always try to perfect my technique.
Portraits, nudes, scenes from everyday life ... all subjects fascinate and inspire me... as long as I have a roll of adhesive tape handy!
For me, Tape Art is an invitation to step outside the traditional framework of painting and explore the freedom offered by the unique character of my creations.
I carefully compose my photographs, playing on the contrasts of shadows and lights , before reinterpreting them through superpositions of adhesive tape , whether Havana or colored. This technique allows me to produce a singular visual effect.
Each piece of adhesive tape, meticulously cut by hand, gives my creations a unique character and transforms them into truly inimitable works.

"In my work there is this desire to appropriate and divert everyday life, a sort of revenge against this scotch and the idea of going beyond the limits it imposes.
Designed to “close,” I divert it to open it to the artistic world.”

ABOUT
me
I am a French visual artist specializing in Tape Art , a contemporary art form that uses adhesive tape as its primary medium. My specialty? Packaging tape.
Born in the south of France in 1987, I developed a fascination with the visual arts at an early age. After training in applied and graphic arts between Avignon, Marseille, and Paris, I explored various artistic mediums before devoting myself fully to Tape Art.
My inspirations? David Hockney, Yves Klein, Jean-Michel Basquiat and so many others!
In 2008, my arrival in Paris marked a decisive turning point in my career.
I had the chance to meet several influential figures in the art world, including the famous fashion designer Pierre Cardin and the Brazilian painter Marcos Marin . These meetings allowed me to have my first exhibition in October 2009 in a Parisian gallery, rue de Miromesnil.
